KiRA and James Warren produce, remix and collaborate under the new banner of Virtual Contact.

KiRA’s passion for electronic music, and all its many genres, stems from over 15 years involvement in the dance music scene, in which he has become an established DJ and more recently an emerging talent as a producer. His shows are mixed on multiple platforms for both his DJ sets and productions. KiRA’s own radio show, The Genre Show, is aired every month on well known international radio station Frisky Radio.

After completing his PhD in 2004, James Warren has spent the past 4 years or so developing his real musical passions and has concentrated heavily on DJing and music producing. James works solo, with KiRA, and also as part of duo Coalesced. His DJ sets regularly receive downloads in the thousands, and his recent Way Out West mix also gained support from Jody Wisternoff.

Expect to see much more from this new fusion throughout 2008.
