Loft Music artist’s Jiro Vega creates the soundtrack to a new fitness game from Sony on the PS3: ‘Move Fitness’

‘Move Fitness’ allows you to step into your own high-tech gym and start burning calories with your personal trainer. Using the revolutionary PlayStation Move motion controllers the game lets you work out in an enjoyably active training programme tailored just for you.

Jiro Vega has created ten bespoke music tracks to go along with this game which is out now.

Trafik get signed to Kassner Associated Publishers.

KASSNER MUSIC GROUP is looking for writers and producers to team up with DJ/production outfit Trafik (pictured) and their protégées after signing them to a worldwide administration deal through the pair’s production company Loft Music. The agreement finds the publisher representing the rights to Andrew Archer and John Elliott’s second album Club Trafikana – which features the single Indestructible that featured on American crime show CSI:NY – along with any future works produced by the duo.

Through the deal Kassner will also represent the music of writers and composers signed to Loft Music, including DJ/producer duo Audionova and a variety of acts being developed by Archer and Elliot including Newcastle-based indie bands The Soviets and Polarsets and singer-songwriter Hattie Murdoch.

Two of the newest Loft Music tracks have been used in trailers for some exciting new shows on the Discovery Network.

The Quest Channel uses Reworkers stunning ‘Point Blank’ track on a trailer for the show “Comet Impact” that whilst a First They Took Manhattan track is used to trail a brand new “FBI Case Files”.

Both tracks can be heard on the Loft Music site as well as appearing on the Spring Sampler
