Loft Music has won new soundtrack contract with one of the world’s biggest media organisations - Sony Computer Entertainment Europe (SCEE).
Newcastle-based music agency Loft Music – who provide music for the advertising, TV, film and videogames industries – has had another one of its tracks chosen for the PlayStation 3 this time for videogame WipEout HD Fury, published by SCEE.
Newcastle-based music licensing company has scored a hit across the Atlantic after another one of its tracks was chosen to feature in TV show CSI: NY. The distinctive track by Trafik ‘Indestructible’ was used to soundtrack an investigative scene on the popular US television show.

Specifically on the computer games front, tracks from Loft Music have been licensed to SSX Tricky for EA, Football Manager for Sega and Eyetoy: Kinetic for Sony. Most recently Loft Music writers have composed a fifty minute original soundtrack for a brand new game IP for world renowned video games publisher Ubisoft. This Nintendo Wii game will be on worldwide release in 2008.
